To finish 2025 on a positive note, we had the amazing opportunity to recognise, acknowledge, and show our appreciation for our Regional ONE Award winners during the Horizon Series.
On Saturday 13th December, at the Copper Box Arena, the start of the 2nd Horizon Series between the Vitality Roses and Jamaica’s Sunshine Girls took place. On the day of the event, the England U19s squad played Scotland’s U21s squad during a curtain raiser match, so there was plenty of netball throughout the day. With all this amazing Netball planned for the day, it was a great opportunity to recognise the 2025 London and South East Regional ONE Award winners.
All winners were invited to attend the Horizon Series event with family and friends, and had the opportunity to be recognised on court.
Names of all winners were shown on the screens inside the arena and the England Netball Chair (Baroness Sue Campbell) and England Netball’s CEO (Fran Connolly) presented the winners with beautiful Christmas floral bouquets.
