London Pulse Netball Performance League Team Manager Opportunities
London Pulse have exciting Team Manager opportunities available for the forthcoming season working with either London Pulse U21 or U19 National Performance League squads. We are seeking Team Managers for the forthcoming season that share our commitment to excellence, are organised and have the drive to take the squad to the next level.
Team Managers will be expected to attend all fixture dates, and the squad’s training session in the week leading into the fixture. The responsibilities of the Team Manager include the following:
- To manage the squad on match days and to be responsible for athlete welfare at all times Responsibilities including:
- Manage the squad on match days, including travelling with the athletes and taking responsibility for welfare
- Attending training dates prior to fixture dates
- Submit the squad list and subsequent team lists as required
- Collate and maintain a player database, including medical details, emergency contacts and accident reports
- Be responsible for communication with athletes and parents with regard to logistical arrangements for matches
- Be a point of contact with other teams in the clubs respective Leagues leading up to and during the 2018/19 season
- Organise transport and accommodation (if necessary) for all away games
- Ensure all logistical arrangements are in place for any home games, including venue and hosting/refreshments
- Be responsible and co-ordinate all kit for players and team officials
- Supporting Coaches to write and submit match day reports, website announcements and press release
All management position offers are subject to satisfactory DBS check results.
All positions are subject to review throughout the season.
The team manager role is a paid position.
