Regional Talent Coach

Emma attended the University of Bath and completed a BA in Coach Education and Sports Development, and an MA in Education & Sports Coaching. She is currently a level 2 coach and has coached at Uppingham School, the Royal High School as well as at the University of Bath. She has just completed a season coaching Team Bath Tigers U16 Regional and County squads as well as being head coach at Timsbury Netball Club, and apprentice coach with Team Bath’s NTL squad. This season she has stepped into the role as Assistant Coach for the Brunel Hurricanes NTL squad.

Emma’s role is to coach and mentor both coaches and athletes within the Regional Excel Pathway. She will work with a range of key partners (including Regional Talent Technical Support Groups, Premier League and NTL clubs, SuperLeagues and FE/HE institutions) to achieve the common outcome of ‘enhanced opportunities for talented coaches and athletes across the county.

REGIONAL LEAD COACH AND MENTOR

The Regional Lead Coach and Mentor is Maggie Tetsola. Maggie’s role is to support Emma, chair the Region’s Talent Group, as well as lead the Regional Talent Development Programme.

Maggie has coached at club, college and university. More recently Michenden Netball Club who currently play in the London and South East Regional League. She coached at Middlesex Satellite Academy for several years and progressed to Middlesex County Academy Head Coach. Maggie is currently delivering home training for England players.
