NTL Squad

The Netball Talent League (NTL) is in association with England Netball’s nine regions and eight of the nine franchises participating in The Co-operative Netball Superleague. England’s most promising young netballers will have an opportunity to hone their skills and impress the national selectors en route to the senior game with the creation of this new elite youth competition.

Surrey Storm Talent Squad (formerly Brunel Hurricanes Talent) is the Netball Talent League squad representing London and the South East region, in association with the University of Surrey.

Last season the squad brought won the NTL, being unbeaten in all of their games. Coaches Anita Hollman and Emma Blackmore, along with their new squad hope to lift the cup again for a second consecutive season!

The season kicks off on Saturday 5th December which sees all the NTL squads descending on the English Institute for Sport in Sheffield to compete under one roof in what is set to be an exciting opening to the league. Surrey Storm Talent face Northern Thunder who are sure to bring out their big guns in a bid to topple the defending champions. The National coaches and selectors will also be court-side watching players in the view to select the squad for the up and coming European Championships in the New Year.
