UK Coaching Certificate (UKCC)

The UKCC is an endorsement of sports-specific coach education. It ensures that sports are delivering the best available, athlete cenetred, coaching both in recreational, development and performance environments.

UKCC Level 1 - Assistant Coach

The Level 1 course is split over two days. Both days must be attended to complete the qualification.

Learners are required to:

  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Have a sound knowledge and experience of the netball game and an understanding of the rules
  • Be able to communicate effectively in English (this includes listening, speaking, reading and writing)

Affiliated EN Member – £190 Non Affiliated – £230

UKCC Level 2 - Lead Coach

The Level 2 course comprises of two full weekends and a further assessment day spread across approx. 8 weeks.

Learners are required to:

  • be at least 18 years of age
  • be able to communicate effectively in English (this includes listening, speaking, reading and writing)
  • have attended a recognised Safeguarding and Protecting Children training course within 2 years of the course start date (please submit a copy only as we cannot be held liable for original certificates that may go missing in the post)
  • have attended a recognised Emergency 1st Aid course within 2 years of the course start date (please submit a copy only as we cannot be held liable for original certificates that may go missing in the post).  

Coure Costs:

All learners must be affiliated. Affiliated EN Member – £400
